Co-Founder & CEO

Faith Mumo is an experienced trainer with a Bachelor of Science in Fisheries and Aquaculture from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology (JKUAT). She is a certified trainer through the International Labour Organization (ILO) and has completed specialized intensive aquaculture training at the Food Tech Africa Aquaculture Academy.

At the heart of Iviani Farm’s vision lies Faith's dedication to sustainable agribusiness practices and community development. She is deeply passionate about empowering others through training and knowledge sharing, utilizing her expertise to inspire and uplift the next generation of professionals.


As CEO, she adopts a forward-thinking approach that emphasizes quality, innovation, and the creation of a sustainable future for the agribusiness sector. Her leadership is marked by a blend of academic rigor and practical experience.

Judy Mwende
Head of Strategic Partnerships

Judy Mwende Mutunga is a passionate food scientist who holds a  B.A. in Food Operation Management, Food Science from the University of Eldoret. She is recognized for her innovative contributions to food technology and sustainability.


Over the course of her career, Judy has earned several prestigious awards, including honors from Founders Factory, FSPN AFRICA and She Phoebe Global, highlighting her dedication to advancing food science. Her expertise lies in developing sustainable food solutions, and she is committed to improving food security and nutrition for communities worldwide.


Judy is responsible for building and managing partnerships, ensuring effective collaboration with key stakeholders. Her role is crucial in fostering relationships that support Iviani Farm's long-term success.

Benjamin Munyao
Co-Founder & CFO

Benjamin Munyao has over 10 years of experience in MSE financing and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Colorado College, USA, with a focus on financial management and economic strategy.


Benjamin’s dedication to sustainable financial management aligns with Iviani Farm’s vision of fostering long-term growth and community development. His expertise in financial planning and resource allocation plays a key role in driving the farm’s operational efficiency and profitability, contributing to its continued success.


As CFO, Benjamin takes a strategic approach to financial leadership, prioritizing fiscal responsibility, growth, and innovation. His leadership ensures Iviani Farm remains competitive in the market while maintaining its commitment to sustainability and positive community impact.

Julius Maithya
Advisor, Operations

Julius Maithya is an Agricultural Economist with over 18 years of experience in Program Management, Value Chain Development, and University Teaching. He holds both a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Economics from the University of Nairobi.


Julius brings a wealth of expertise in agribusiness and program management, with a focus on alleviating rural poverty and addressing food insecurity through market-led farming. His dedication to capacity building and private sector-driven value chain development makes him an invaluable advisor to Iviani Farm.

Lawrence Wambua
Advisor, Business Development

Lawrence Wambua is a qualified and seasoned business consultant with a diverse skill set and extensive experience in enterprise development, policy & strategy formulation, and project management. He holds a B.A. in Business Management with over 12 years of hands-on experience in multi-sectoral enterprise development, both domestically and regionally. Lawrence has been trained and certified on GET-Ahead- ILO, SBDC Model- University of Texas at San Antonio, Executive coaching- Strathmore University, Enterprise Mentoring- The Human Edge, and Certificate in Consulting- The School of Consulting in Nigeria among other trainings. 


His practical approach to business development, combined with his experience in building models for collaboration and fostering networks, aligns with Iviani Farm's mission to advance sustainable agriculture and community-based initiatives.
